I ordered 2 baptismal certificate holder for my two great nephews. The first mock up had both names on one holder. I included a note stating it was for 2 separate people. Finally the got it right. I paid for express shipping. I got them on time but realized that the small holder that was always included are now not included and were now 19.99 each. I have purchased 7 of these in the past for all my nieces and nephews and were always included. I’m proud to shop Canadian but will never order from here again. Total rip off.
Very quick turnaround and a lovely keepsake. Unfortunately, I had the name of text wrong and had to repurchase a second certificate. It would have been better if the name could have been rewritten or at least a discount given, yhx
