Politique de remboursement
We have a 15-day return policy only on non-personalized items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received an item that has been damaged during delivery please contact customer service at hello@thingsengraved.ca and provide your order number and photographs of the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not able to offer returns on custom products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thingsengraved.ca.
We are also happy to offer store credit.
Delivery Policy
We are not responsible for third party courier related issues, including delays or non-deliveries. However, we are happy to assist in resolving the matter. If you experience any courier-related issues, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. If a delivery attempt is made to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer and the package is returned to us, a full re-delivery fee will be charged based on the original delivery method selected.
Pick Up
We offer order pick-up at 5-4095 Belgreen Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G 3N2 for your convenience. Please note that we require time to prepare your order, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours after the order is placed.
Pick-up can only be completed after you receive a pick-up notification from us. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving at our location.
When picking up your order, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product and ensure that all personalization details are correct. Customers will be required to sign a confirmation document verifying the name and receipt of the package.
If you have any concerns at the time of pick-up, please notify our team immediately.
Cancellations
It may be possible to cancel your order, depending on time of cancellation request. However, cancellations cannot be processed once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery. A fee of up to 50% of the order will be applied in cancellation requests received after the order is ready and/or out for delivery.
Order Modifications
Please review all order details carefully before submission and upon receiving confirmation email. Any changes or updates to an order must be requested within one hour of placing the order. After this period, modifications are not guaranteed.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided by the supplier and included with the product packaging. If no warranty is provided by the supplier, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange for any item that is damaged, not working or defective within 30 days of delivery.
